Our informal training sessions last approximately 2 hours, they are completely free but we welcome donations, however there is no obligation whatsoever to give anything.

You will learn how to do a scene survey, how to do a primary survey and what to do if the person is unresponsive but breathing normally and what to do if the person is not breathing normally (CPR). You will also learn how to use an Automatic External Defibrillator (A.E.D).

We also offer a shorter talk with a demonstration, this is about 30 minutes long, again we do not charge but welcome donations.
